Poster Presentation

    Poster Presentation event where participants are required to prepare a poster based on their chosen topic and explain it to the judges.  Participants will present and explain their posters, highlighting their ideas, research, and creativity. The judges will evaluate each participant based on content, clarity of explanation, creativity, and overall presentation. After the evaluation, the top two participants with the highest scores will be selected as the winners and will receive First Place and Second Place awards for their outstanding performance.

1. Robotics Engimeering
2. Manufacturing Engineering
3. 3D Printing
4. Applications of AI & ML in Manufacturing 
5. Thermal Engineering
6. Sustainable Engineering
7. Composite Materials

Note : Any other topic related to Mechanical Engineering can also be accepted.

Rules & Regulations:

• Poster Size: Usually 36–48 inches width and height (portrait or landscape IEEE format).
• Participants must bring their own printed poster in the above-mentioned size for the presentation. 
• Font Size: Large fonts for readability from about 2 meters (Title very large, text around 24–30 pt / 10 mm).
• Content: Use bullet points, charts, and graphs instead of long paragraphs.
• Structure: Include Title, Authors, Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
